Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk website Draft Design dan produk yang dijual di dalamnya: Labs (plugin Revit, lalu ETABS dan Excel), dan nanti Academy, Studio, dan Estimate. Dengan membuat akun, memulai trial, atau membeli paket, kamu menyetujui ketentuan ini.

1. Akun

• Satu akun untuk satu orang. Jaga kerahasiaan password; kamu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang terjadi pada akunmu.
• Gunakan email yang aktif. Email dipakai untuk masuk, tanda terima, dan pemberitahuan penting.
• Kami dapat memblokir akun yang melanggar ketentuan ini (misalnya dibagikan, dijual ulang, atau di-crack).

2. Paket dan lisensi Revit Plugin

• Tool gratis: Sync View, Tab Colors, Color Splash, dan Grids & Levels, dengan akun gratis.
• Trial gratis: semua tool premium selama 7 hari di semua versi Revit yang didukung. Satu trial per akun dan per komputer.
• Langganan (bulanan atau tahunan) untuk satu bundle (Documentation & Productivity, Model & Visualization, Structural Tools, MEP Tools) atau All Bundle: tool dalam bundle di semua versi Revit yang didukung sampai masa bayar berakhir (1 atau 12 bulan). Paket yang masih aktif tidak bisa dibeli lagi sebelum berakhir.
• Lisensi permanen untuk satu bundle atau All Bundle: tool dalam bundle di versi Revit yang dipilih saat checkout, tanpa batas waktu. Versi Revit lain tidak termasuk; versi yang lebih baru bisa ditambahkan dengan upgrade versi berbayar. Khusus Early Bird (All Bundle permanen): versi Revit baru yang rilis sampai 12 bulan setelah pembelian ikut gratis.
• Early Bird (50 lisensi permanen All Bundle pertama): juga versi Revit yang rilis sampai 12 bulan setelah pembelian. Harga permanen normal tidak termasuk versi tersebut.
• Upgrade versi: versi Revit yang rilis sesudahnya ditambahkan dengan upgrade sekali bayar, yang membawa lisensi ke versi terbaru saat pembayaran. Harganya per bundle, tercantum di halaman harga.
• Upgrade ke All Bundle: pemilik lisensi permanen satu bundle bisa naik ke All Bundle permanen dengan membayar selisih harganya. Versi Revit yang dicakup tetap sama.
• Lisensi untuk tim atau perusahaan: lewat halaman kontak.
• Diskon pelajar: untuk pelajar / mahasiswa aktif setelah bukti dan syaratnya kami cek; bisa kami hentikan bila buktinya tidak valid.
• Hari gratis: misi di profil (follow sosial media kami, laporan bug yang diterima, survei) memberi hari gratis All Bundle setelah kami cek.
• Satu akun bisa dipakai di 2 komputer. Komputer bisa dihapus di profil. Plugin bisa dipakai offline sampai 7 hari sejak pemeriksaan online terakhir.

3. Pembayaran

• Pesanan Rupiah dibayar lewat GoPay atau transfer BRI dan diaktifkan setelah pembayaran kami konfirmasi (biasanya dalam 1 hari kerja).
• Pesanan internasional diproses oleh Lemon Squeezy sebagai reseller dan merchant of record, yang mengurus pembayaran, invoice, dan pajak penjualan. Ketentuan mereka berlaku untuk pembayaran tersebut.
• Harga tercantum di halaman harga dan bisa berubah untuk pesanan baru. Masa aktif dan lisensi yang sudah kamu miliki tidak berubah.
• Refund mengikuti kebijakan refund.

4. Penggunaan yang diizinkan

• Gunakan software untuk pekerjaanmu sendiri dan proyek perusahaanmu.
• Dilarang menyalin, menjual ulang, membagikan, atau menyebarkan software, menghilangkan pemeriksaan lisensi, atau melakukan reverse engineering.
• Dilarang menyalahgunakan website, papan Bug & ide, misi hari gratis, atau diskon pelajar (misalnya dengan akun atau bukti palsu).

5. Tanggung jawab engineering

Tool kami membantu memodelkan, mendetail, dan menghitung lebih cepat, tetapi tidak menggantikan engineer. Tulangan, lewatan, penyaluran, volume, biaya, dan gambar yang dibuat dengan tool kami wajib diperiksa tenaga ahli sebelum dipakai untuk konstruksi, tender, atau kontrak.

6. Update dan ketersediaan

Software diperbarui secara berkala dan fitur bisa berubah atau dihapus. Kami berusaha server lisensi dan website selalu tersedia, tetapi tidak dapat menjaminnya. Fitur berlabel "Preview" masih bisa berubah.

7. Batas tanggung jawab

Software disediakan apa adanya. Sejauh diizinkan hukum, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, kehilangan keuntungan, kehilangan data, atau keterlambatan proyek. Tanggung jawab kami paling besar sebesar yang kamu bayar untuk paket dalam 12 bulan terakhir.

8. Perubahan dan kontak

Ketentuan ini dapat diperbarui; tanggal di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru. Perubahan penting diumumkan di website atau lewat email. Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Pertanyaan: lihat halaman kontak.

Kebijakan privasi

Kami hanya mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan akun, lisensi, dan dukungan. Data kamu tidak kami jual.

Data yang dikumpulkan

• Akun: email, nama, perusahaan (opsional), foto profil (opsional), dan password (disimpan sebagai hash aman oleh penyedia login).
• Komputer: kode yang dibuat dari instalasi Windows (hash satu arah, bukan file kamu), nama komputer, versi plugin, dan versi Revit, untuk batas komputer dan trial gratis.
• Pesanan, misi, dan permintaan pelajar: yang dibeli, jumlah, metode bayar, dan status; username dan jawaban survei yang dikirim untuk misi; kampus dan bukti yang dikirim untuk diskon pelajar.
• Laporan bug dan ide: yang kamu tulis, screenshot opsional, dan untuk laporan dari Revit: log plugin, yang bisa berisi path file dan nama proyek.
• Waitlist: email dan produk yang kamu minati.

Yang tidak kami kumpulkan

Model Revit tetap di komputermu. Data kartu dan PayPal diisi di Lemon Squeezy dan tidak pernah sampai ke kami.

Pihak yang memproses data

• Supabase: database, login, dan penyimpanan file.
• Netlify: hosting website.
• Lemon Squeezy: pembayaran internasional, invoice, dan pajak.
• Google Fonts dan jsDelivr: font dan library login dimuat dari sana, sehingga alamat IP kamu terlihat oleh mereka.

Papan publik

Bug atau ide tampil di papan publik hanya jika kamu izinkan dan setelah kami periksa. Yang tampil hanya judul dan teks yang sudah disensor serta dua huruf awal namamu.

Penyimpanan di browser

Website menyimpan sesi login, bahasa, dan pilihan terang/gelap di browser kamu. Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan atau pelacak.

Lama penyimpanan

Selama akun kamu ada. Catatan pesanan disimpan selama diwajibkan aturan pajak. Minta penghapusan akun dan sisanya kami hapus.

Hak kamu

Kamu bisa melihat dan mengubah profil, menghapus komputer, dan meminta salinan atau penghapusan data lewat halaman kontak.

Kebijakan refund

Coba semua tool dulu dengan trial gratis 7 hari. Kalau paket berbayar tetap tidak cocok, berlaku garansi uang kembali 7 hari.

Garansi uang kembali 7 hari

• Berlaku untuk semua bundle dan All Bundle (bulanan dan tahunan), lisensi permanen (Early Bird dan reguler), dan upgrade.
• Ajukan dalam 7 hari sejak tanggal pembayaran. Satu kali refund per jenis paket per akun.
• Untuk langganan, garansi berlaku untuk pembayaran pertama. Langganan bisa dibatalkan kapan saja supaya tidak diperpanjang.
• Setelah refund, akses dicabut: masa bundle berakhir, lisensi permanen dihapus, atau upgrade yang di-refund mengembalikan lisensi ke keadaan sebelumnya. Langganan yang dibayar dalam US$ juga dibatalkan.

Hari gratis dan trial

Trial dan hari gratis dari misi tidak berbayar, jadi tidak ada yang di-refund.

Cara mengajukan

1. Di Riwayat pembelian, tekan Refund pada pesanan dan isi alasannya (untuk Rupiah juga rekening tujuan pengembalian dana). Kami cek dalam 1 × 24 jam. Masalah pembayaran yang bukan refund (sudah bayar tapi belum dikonfirmasi, jumlah salah)? Tekan Laporkan pada pesanan.
2. Pembayaran Rupiah dikembalikan ke rekening yang kamu tulis di form refund dalam 7 hari kerja.
3. Pembayaran internasional dikembalikan lewat Lemon Squeezy ke kartu atau PayPal asal; bank bisa butuh beberapa hari untuk menampilkannya.

These terms apply to the Draft Design website and the products sold on it: Labs (the Revit plugin, then ETABS and Excel), and later Academy, Studio and Estimate. By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

• One account per person. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Use an email address you check. It is used to sign in, for receipts and for important notices.
• We may block accounts that break these terms (for example shared, resold or cracked accounts).

2. Revit Plugin plans and licenses

• Free tools: Sync View, Tab Colors, Color Splash and Grids & Levels, with a free account.
• Free trial: every premium tool for 7 days in every supported Revit version. One trial per account and per computer.
• Subscription (monthly or yearly) for one bundle (Documentation & Productivity, Model & Visualization, Structural Tools, MEP Tools) or the All Bundle: the bundle's tools in every supported Revit version until the paid period ends (1 or 12 months). A plan that is still active cannot be bought again before it ends.
• Permanent license for one bundle or the All Bundle: the bundle's tools in the Revit version chosen at checkout, with no time limit. Other Revit versions are not included; newer ones can be added with a paid version upgrade. Early Bird only (permanent All Bundle): new Revit versions released up to 12 months after purchase are included free.
• Early Bird (the first 50 permanent All Bundle licenses): also the Revit versions released in the 12 months after purchase. The regular permanent price does not include them.
• Version upgrade: Revit versions released later are added with a one-time upgrade, which brings the license up to the latest version at the time of payment. The price is per bundle and shown on the pricing page.
• Upgrade to All Bundle: owners of a permanent single-bundle license can move up to a permanent All Bundle by paying the difference. The Revit versions covered stay the same.
• Team or company licenses: through the contact page.
• Student discount: for active students once we have checked the proof and the conditions; we may end it if the proof is not valid.
• Free days: missions in your profile (following our social media, accepted bug reports, surveys) give free All Bundle days after we check them.
• One account can be used on 2 computers. Computers can be removed in your profile. The plugin works offline for up to 7 days after the last online check.

3. Payment

• Rupiah orders are paid by GoPay or BRI bank transfer and activated once we confirm the payment (usually within 1 working day).
• International orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Their terms apply to those payments.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for new orders. Active periods and licenses you already own do not change.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

4. Permitted use

• Use the software for your own work and your company's projects.
• Do not copy, resell, share or distribute the software, remove the license check, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not misuse the website, the Bugs & ideas board, free-day missions or the student discount (for example with fake accounts or proof).

5. Engineering responsibility

Our tools help you model, detail and calculate faster, but they do not replace an engineer. Rebar, laps, development lengths, quantities, costs and drawings made with our tools must be checked by a qualified professional before they are used for construction, tenders or contracts.

6. Updates and availability

The software is updated regularly and features may change or be removed. We aim to keep the license server and the website available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Features labelled "Preview" may still change.

7. Limitation of liability

The software is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or project delays. Our liability is limited to what you paid for plans in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Important changes are announced on the website or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions: see the contact page.

Privacy policy

We only collect the data needed to run your account, licenses and support. We do not sell your data.

Data we collect

• Account: email, name, company (optional), profile photo (optional) and password (stored as a secure hash by the sign-in provider).
• Computer: a code made from the Windows installation (a one-way hash, not your files), the computer name, plugin version and Revit version, for the computer limit and the free trial.
• Orders, missions and student requests: what you bought, the amount, payment method and status; usernames and survey answers sent for missions; school and proof sent for the student discount.
• Bug reports and ideas: what you write, an optional screenshot, and for reports from Revit: the plugin log, which can contain file paths and project names.
• Waitlist: your email and the products you are interested in.

What we do not collect

Your Revit models stay on your computer. Card and PayPal details are entered at Lemon Squeezy and never reach us.

Who processes the data

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Lemon Squeezy: international payments, invoices and tax.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr: fonts and the sign-in library are loaded from them, so they can see your IP address.

Public board

A bug or idea appears on the public board only if you allow it and after we have checked it. Only the title, the moderated text and the two initials of your name are shown.

Browser storage

The website keeps your sign-in session, language and light/dark choice in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

As long as your account exists. Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we delete the rest.

Your rights

You can view and change your profile, remove computers, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data through the contact page.

Refund policy

Try every tool first with the free 7-day trial. If a paid plan still does not suit you, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies.

7-day money-back guarantee

• Applies to every bundle and the All Bundle (monthly and yearly), permanent licenses (Early Bird and regular) and upgrades.
• Request it within 7 days of the payment date. One refund per plan type per account.
• For subscriptions the guarantee covers the first payment. A subscription can be cancelled at any time so it does not renew.
• After a refund, access is removed: the bundle period ends, the permanent license is removed, or a refunded upgrade returns the license to what it was before. Subscriptions paid in US$ are cancelled as well.

Free days and trial

The trial and free days from missions are not paid, so there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

1. In your Purchase history, press Refund on the order and give the reason (for Rupiah payments, also the account to refund to). We check it within 24 hours. A payment problem that is not a refund (paid but not confirmed yet, wrong amount)? Press Report on the order.
2. Rupiah payments are returned to the account you entered in the refund form within 7 working days.
3. International payments are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original card or PayPal; your bank may take a few days to show it.
